Quicksand Interiors Album Review. Whats most notable about this album is that it sounds like Quicksand but it doesnt. That is exactly what alternative band Quicksand has proven to the world with their new album Interiors their first compilation of brand new recordings since 1995s sophomore disc Manic Compression which in turn followed a somewhat iconic debut album in the form of Slip.
Interiors captures the dynamics full range of sound and soul of the band. Quicksands influence on the post-hardcore scene of the early 00s was immense but this album proves theres no replacement worthy of the real thing. But that bass sound is once again all over the reunited Quicksands Interiors their first album in 22 years.
Despite the reunions absence of second guitarist Tom Capone the remaining band members manage to give this record a massive.
