Tried to jump it off with my pickup and it killed the pickup dead knocked out all its power. When I turn the key there are no dash lights no noise no radio power locks dont work. I visually checked all the under dash and under hood fuses and didnt find anything.

I take the key out for a few minutes try again. 1998 honda accord v6 fully loaded 191 k on it and my dash lights stop working and the lights where my ac control as well stoped too i turn on the head lights an there no lights in the dash.
